Packaging & retail
Designed for the shelf.
Packaging for licensed and branded products sold by some of Europe’s largest retailers.
Boxes and banderoles from first sketch to print-ready dieline — each one built on the international guidelines of its brand, written in several languages and adapted to the requirements of every country it is sold in.

Built on the brand’s own rules
Every pack starts from the brand’s international guidelines: logo and clear space, colour, typography, licence marks and how the product may be shown. For licensed ranges such as FIFA World Cup 26™ and DFB, those guidelines shape almost every decision on the box. The design work is to stay fully within them and still make the product stand out on a crowded shelf.
One pack, many markets
The same product is often sold in several countries at once. A single layout has to carry German, English, French or Spanish without losing its hierarchy — and every country adds its own requirements.
| What changes from country to country | |
|---|---|
| Language | Product name, features, contents and safety text in the language of each market |
| Recycling | Different rules and symbols — the Triman logo and sorting instructions in France, other disposal and material marks elsewhere |
| Barcodes | EAN-13 at the specified size (SC2) — with quiet zone, contrast and position checked so it scans at the till |
| Legal text | Importer details, warnings and compliance marks, placed where each market expects them |
The details that experience brings
Many of the decisions on a pack are invisible on the shelf: dielines that match the factory’s formats, bleed, folds and glue flaps, colour checked against proofs, barcodes tested, and every file reviewed before it goes to production with factories in Asia. Knowing which detail each country, retailer and licensor will look at — before they ask — is what keeps a project on schedule.
